By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

   All services provided by Buckeye Junk Removal are subject to availability and the terms set forth at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, unlawful requests, or language and behavior.

2. Right to Terminate
   Buckeye Junk Removal reserves the right to terminate or cancel any scheduled service or ongoing agreement at any time, for any valid reason, including but not limited to:

•  Unsafe or hazardous conditions

•  Property access issues

•  Non-compliance with our policies

•  Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior toward staff

•  Inaccurate or misleading job information

In the event of a termination, you will be notified promptly. Any applicable deposits or fees may still apply depending on the situation.

3. Customer Responsibilities
   Customers are expected to provide accurate details about the junk to be removed, ensure safe and clear access to the property, and comply with all local regulations.

4. Finality of Services
   Once services are rendered, all work is considered final. No refunds will be issued for completed jobs.

5. Modifications
   Buckeye Junk Removal may update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website or provided upon request.
