Refund Policy - Buckeye Junk Removal

To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your final service total and ensures we reserve time and resources specifically for your job.

• All deposits are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or no-shows.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

• If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice — your deposit will be applied to the new appointment.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, the deposit is forfeited.
