Refund Policy - Buckeye Junk Removal
To secure your appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your final service total and ensures we reserve time and resources specifically for your job.

All deposits are non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation or no-shows.

The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

If you need to reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice — your deposit will be applied to the new appointment.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or miss your appointment, the deposit is forfeited.
Because of the nature of our work, all completed jobs are final and non-refundable. If you believe something was missed or not done properly, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right.
